We've had very little rain in the last few years. Mostly it's been about half the average rainfall.
Recent storm activity included hail, we nearly had a white Christmas!
And, while it drenched the town 15km away, there were dry gusts past our property. This one collected topsoil from the neighbour and carried it further down the valley.
